South Albany HS Fire Update

On April 1, 2015 the South Albany High School in Albany, Oregon suffered the loss of their entire music building at the hands of an arsonist. A collection of music of over 40 years was destroyed as well as band instruments, uniforms, choir robes, cheerleading uniforms, and the like.

Cascade Chorus Donates Music to High School After Fire

On April 1, South Albany High School caught fire. The fire destroyed the Cafeteria and the Music Department. The choral program lost many years’ worth of sheet music. The Cascade Chorus has donated $500 toward replacing the sheet music for South Albany’s choir. We also donated music books.
